On this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, Pete heads to Fresno with some of California's hottest chefs David Kinch and Ludo Lefebvre. First, the group takes a tour of Love Apple Farms in Santa Cruz where David grows most of his produce for his restaurant Manresa. Then they are off to an apricot farm near Fresno where they meet with Philip and Nick Melkonian who teaches the chefs how they pick and dry their products.

This week's Moveable Feast saddles up for a Chuck Wagon dinner in Greenough, Montana. Host chef Pete Evans joins chef Ben Jones of Paws Up and grilling master Rory Schepisi to experience a classic Montana barbecue. Chefs Jones and Schepisi take Evans on a tour of local farms to harvest honey and see how real Montana Angus beef is raised. The chefs prepare a delicious meal featuring Montana beef in this quintessential Chuck Wagon dinner. This Moveable Feasteven has Pete on the move... on horseback.

Pete is joined by two legendary New York chefs to highlight diverse local flavors, after they gather fresh ingredients from the Harlem Farmer's Market. Pete also heads down to Brooklyn to gather pickles from the Brooklyn Brine Company.

In this episode of Movable Feast with Fine Cooking, host Pete Evans travels to Homer, Alaska to team up with a mother-daughter duo chefs Kristen and Mandy Dixon to explore local Alaskan cuisine. Kristen, who has been cooking in the backcountry of Alaska for over 20 years, and Mandy take Pete on an adventure to forge ingredients for their feast. Mandy prepares a wild forged salad along with the signature Tutka Bay sling cocktail, while her mom Kristen, makes the main dish, fisherman's stew with mussels, crab, scallops, and tomato broth.
