On a farm in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking host Michelle Bernstein puts on her rubber boots and visits Twin Elm Gardens, where there are no seasonal limits - greenhouses extend crops well into the winter months so produce is fresh and available year round. With a tip of the toque to some of the nation's well crafted Wisconsin cheese, chef Justin Carlisle grills beef steak with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sorrel, and sharp provolone.

On today's episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, Pete Evans visits the Windy City and finds out that there is an area of Chicago's west loop that is considered perhaps the best restaurant row in America. And that is due in no small part to one of today's guest chefs: Stefanie Izard, who runs not one, but three excellent establishments on Randolph Street. She's joined by her friend and fellow acclaimed chef, Chris Pandel. Together the group explores the city of Chicago gathering ingredients to cook up a Korean-inspired family style BBQ.

This week Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking heads to The Casitas Estate nestled in San Luis Obispo County, California's wine country. Host Pete Evans joins chefs Alex Thomopoulos and Jeff Olsson at the Spanish-style hacienda overlooking vineyards and rolling hills. Feast your eyes on whipped goat cheese with caramelized agave and fried rosemary, porchetta, and grilled tomahawk steaks, as the sun dips behind the crest of the distant mountains.

Our final feast of the season takes place on the beautiful shores of Cozumel, Mexico. Host Michelle Bernstein joins a local fisherman in search of seasonal and sustainable fish and spiny lobster. The feast is fish-focused as they haul in their nets and partake in the beautiful bounty from the oceans off the gorgeous Yucatan peninsula. Chef Bernstein is joined by chefs Santiago Kano and Jose Luis Hinostroza, both local legends when it comes to fantastic Mexican cuisine.

On this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, host Pete Evans joins three award-winning chefs, Germano Minin, Bruno Difabio and Tim Reardon at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York for an Italian feast. First stop is Arthur Avenue Marketplace in the Bronx to pick-up some wonderful Italian ingredients, then onto Sprout Creek Farm in Poughkeepsie to source some local goat cheese. On the menu tonight at the CIA; classic caponata with prosciutto, grilled octopus salad, sun-dried tomato gnocchi and Bruno's famous Elise's and Bronx House pizzas.

Host Pete Evans visits the CIA in picturesque Napa Valley and cooks with three of the area's finest chefs. Corn meal is used to make polenta for that evening's Napa-style feast, and fresh strawberries from CIA's own student garden are roasted with dark chocolate and smoked chili.
