Master cheese maker Filippo Migliorato from Boston's "Mozzarella House" visits Mary Ann nella cucina to demonstrate the artisanal art of making Burrata, which is Mozzarella stuffed with Stracciatella. Then Mary Ann showcases this wonderful cheese with her Neapolitan Stack with Roasted Eggplant, Tomato and Burrata, and her Roasted Asparagus with Burrata.

Mary Ann's "on the wave" with her Venetian seafood extravaganza of calamari, clams, and scallops, seared and baked to a golden-brown, then zested with lemon and fresh parsley; perfect for the Risotto she stirs up until it becomes a creamy "wave" of al dente rice that's ready for the many gifts from the sea.

Pastry baker and cookbook author, Jim Dodge, brings his talents -- and almonds -- nella cucina to create his famous Almond Lemon Torta with Strawberries. Then he helps Mary Ann create her Almond Paste Cheesecake topped with luscious apricots. Along the way, Jim shares many secret tips to successful baking, including how to cut a perfect slice every time.
