This historic gathering of legendary folk singers celebrates both the legacy of Pete Seeger in what would have been his 100th year, and the 50th anniversary of “Woody’s Children,” the longest running on-going folk music radio program in America. Seeger was the first and one of the most frequent guests on the show and coined its name “Woody’s Children.”  

Filmed before a sold-out crowd at Symphony Space in New York by four-time Emmy Award Winning Producer/Director Jim Brown, the concert is hosted by Bob Sherman of  “Woody’s Children.”

Featured performers include Peter Yarrow and Noel “Paul” Stookey of Peter, Paul and Mary, Tom Paxton, Holly Near, Tom Chapin, John McCutcheon, Dar Williams, Josh White, Jr., The Chapin Sisters and Kim and Reggie Harris and more.
