The Nutty Bleu Romaine Salad

  • 2oz washed and trimmed romaine lettuce
  • 3oz roasted garlic dressing (house recipe)
  • 1oz high quality Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1oz fresh made croutons
  • 1oz fresh made house recipe spicy pecans


Combine all ingredients except pecans and half the cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss well and place on a chilled salad plate. Top off salad with remaining cheese and spicy pecans.
