Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 - 6 Medium sized Red Bliss Potatoes
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 - 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Salt to taste


Cook off the garlic by slicing off the top of the head. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake in an oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until the cloves are soft..

After boiling the potatoes drain off the water and add cream and butter. Squeeze the head of garlic over the potatoes. Add a pinch of salt and mash to desired consistency.

You can alter the measurements of these ingredients to your taste.
