 WGBY Evening of Wine & Food Tasting

The weekend begins on Friday March 9th with the region’s largest wine tasting.
 Enjoy wines from all over the world – great Zinfandels from California, super Tuscans from Italy, full-bodied Bordeaux from France, and a fantastic variety from Latin America. The Tasting attracts 80 regional distributors, and features more than 400 varieties of wines!
Guests can cleanse their palates between pourings by nibbling on assorted culinary delights from over 50 area restaurants. Delectables include appetizers from Ibiza Tapas Restaurant in Northampton, smoked fish from Acme Smoked Fish of Weathersfield, CT, or by sampling West Brookfield’s acclaimed Wild Mountain Farm beefalo!
For wine lovers who collect, have their own cellars or appreciate tasting from the top shelves, the Tasting offers limited tickets to the special Connoisseur’s Room, in addition to the general tasting, which will include warm hors d'oeuvres, live music and extraordinary wines.
The WGBY Wine Tasting Event will be held from 5-8pm.

WGBY Wine Lover’s Dinner
Saturday March 10, 2012, 6pm
WGBY is pleased to announce the 27th annual Wine Lovers’ Dinner. Join us for an exquisite, 7- course meal featuring estate wines and organically grown foods.
Our special guest, Chef Deborah Snow of The Blue Heron Restaurant, will join Master of Ceremonies Jim Holsing in hosting this memorable, 7-course dinner. Following a champagne reception, dinner will be served at 6pm.
