House Standard Rub for Smoked Duck and Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

• 5 Tbsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp onion powder
• 1 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp black pepper
• 1 Tbsp dark chili powder
• 5 Tbsp kosher salt
• 1 Tbsp thyme
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 ½ Tbsp oregano

Method:

Toss ingredients together before finely mixing in a food processor. Serves 10.
