

Betty Rosbottom
Program host Betty Rosbottom writes a weekly syndicated column, "That’s Entertaining," for Tribune Media Services Syndicate, which appears throughout the United States. She’s also a frequent contributor to Bon Appetit Magazine. She’s the author of eight cookbooks including her most recent one, Sunday Soup (Chronicle Books). In addition, she has written The Big Book of Backyard Cooking (Chronicle Books 2004), Coffee (Chronicle Books 2006) and Waffles (Chronicle Books 2005). She is the cooking school coordinator for the Different Drummer’s Kitchen cookware store in Northampton, Massachusetts. In addition, she leads culinary tours to France and Italy. She has served on the board of directors of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and is a Certified Culinary Professional. Her previous television work includes a PBS series on entertaining and appearances on The Today Show and CBS' The Early Show. |
Simon Stevenson
Co-host Simon Stevenson, a native of northwest England, is the pastry chef/Bake Shop manager at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an AAS in Baking and Pastry Arts, Stevenson has worked as a pastry cook at Boston’s Le Meridian, pastry chef for Nashoba Brook Bakery and Café in West Concord and a pastry instructor and department head at the Connecticut Culinary Institute. He is a member of The Research Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation. |
Michael J. Quinlan
Michael J. Quinlan is the corporate wine sales manager at Table & Vine. He is responsible for all wine selection, purchasing and merchandising, and oversees the Table & Vine inventory within the Northampton and Greenfield Big Y Markets. Michael has traveled to many vineyards around the world, including Chile, Argentina, Italy, Austria and Canada's Ontario region. He has also traveled extensively in Spain, and France’s greatest wine regions, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, Loire, Rhône and Languedoc. Michael attends countless trade events, wine fairs and wine tastings throughout the year, and is known for his ability to identify up-and-coming wine regions. His exceptional knowledge of the wine industry as a whole makes him a good match to Table and Vine, an established destination for wine connoisseurs nation-wide. Michael's favorite types of wine include Spanish, Red Burgundy and both German and Austrian wines. He resides in Northampton, MA with his wife Kimm and two boys, Patrick and Tucker. |
