

Betty Rosbottom
Betty Rosbottom is the author of American Favorites (Houghton Mifflin 1996), First Impressions, (Morrow 1992), Weekends with Friends (William Sonoma Series, Time-Life Books 2000) and The Big Book of Backyard Cooking (Chronicle Books, 2004). She writes the weekly nationally syndicated column, That's Entertaining for the Los Angeles Times Syndicate and is a frequent contributor to Bon Appetit. Rosbottom founded the nationally recognized La Belle Pomme Cooking School in Columbus, Ohio in 1976 and served as its director until 1995. She teaches at cooking schools throughout the United States and leads culinary tours to France and Italy. She has served on the board of directors of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and is a Certified Culinary Professional. Her previous television work includes a PBS series on entertaining and appearances on The Today Show. |
Simon Stevenson
Simon Stevenson, a native of northwest England, is the pastry chef/Bake Shop manager at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an AAS in Baking and Pastry Arts, Stevenson has worked as a pastry cook at Boston’s Le Meridian, pastry chef for Nashoba Brook Bakery and Café in West Concord and a pastry instructor and department head at the Connecticut Culinary Institute. He is a member of The Research Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation. |
Paul Provost
Paul Provost is the general manager of Table & Vine and has a long history in the wine industry. He wrote restaurant criticism for Springfield's Metropolitan Magazine and served as wine & food editor of Springfield/Hartford Magazine before becoming the Wine Supervisor for Branded Liquors of Westwood, MA and later Vice President/Wine Director for Yankee Spirits in Sturbridge, MA. He is a member of The Jurade de Saint-Emilion, and the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, and been praised as "one of the country's great wine merchants" by Robert M.
