- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- oil to sauté
- 4 oz sambuca
- 4 Sprigs thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 1 #10 can Roasted Red Peppers
- White wine to cover peppers
Method:
Cook till slightly reduced and puree.
