Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • oil to sautĂ©
  • 4 oz sambuca
  • 4 Sprigs thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 #10 can Roasted Red Peppers
  • White wine to cover peppers

Method:

Cook till slightly reduced and puree.
