Ingredients:
- 2oz washed and trimmed romaine lettuce
- 3oz roasted garlic dressing (house recipe)
- 1oz high quality Gorgonzola cheese
- 1oz fresh made croutons
- 1oz fresh made house recipe spicy pecans
Method:
Combine all ingredients except pecans and half the cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss well and place on a chilled salad plate. Top off salad with remaining cheese and spicy pecans.
