Spanish Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • ¾ cup tomato sauce/crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • salt to taste

Method:

Bring 2 cups of water to the boil and add rice. Simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes.

When the rice fluffs with a fork, add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and serve warm.
