Shrimp, Parsley, Tomato & Caper Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. chopped shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • crushed red pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix ingredients together.
