- Salt, pepper
Salt and pepper both sides, then pan sear on both sides for one minute each side. Finish in the oven at 450 degrees, for 5-7 minutes.
To serve, pair with with Romano, Garlic, Cracked Pepper Mashed Potatoes and Shrimp, Parsley, tomato and Caper Relish.
