Champagne Walnut Vinaigrette

  • 1 shallot, minced
  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • ½ cup walnut oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Always mix dressing together well before serving.
