- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1¼ cup Hellman's mayonnaise
- ½ to 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp. each salt & pepper
Finely slice cabbage. Mix mayo with sliced cabbage thoroughly. Add vinegar and mix well. Add sugar, salt & pepper, mix and adjust to taste.
Let sit in refrigerator over night.
