Memberlist Policy

To expand our membership base and increase support for our programs, we periodically exchange some of our donors names and addresses with other non-profit educational, cultural and social service organizations in the communities we serve.

Members who wish to be excluded are encouraged to contact WGBY using one of the following methods:

  • Email a "Do Not Exchange" request to us at: Feedback@wgby.org
  • Call us with your request at (413) 781-2801 during normal business hours.
  • Mail a written request to:

Please be sure to include your name address and member ID number which can be found on the WGBY MemberCard or on the label of our monthly Members Magazine.

If you make an online pledge, WGBY asks for your email address, which will help us communicate with you more efficiently regarding your benefits and upcoming programs.

WGBY does not and will not rent or exchange your email address to any third parties.
